Payment Method
DigMyPics operates on a pay-before-return policy. Customers agree to pay for the services they incur before their order and photos are returned to them. If a customer does not review and pay for their order within 21 days of receiving the link to review their images online, DigMyPics reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for the full amount of the service and return the original photos and the disc(s) of newly digitized photos and/or videos to the customer.
Please note that DigMyPics is not responsible for any over the limit, overdraft, or other bank fees a customer may incur from their bank as the result of DigMyPics charging their credit or debit card. They also charge up to $45 for any checks returned unpaid by the bank. If a customer files a charge dispute (commonly known as a chargeback) with their credit card company, they immediately charge DigMyPics a fee. If DigMyPics wins the dispute, they will charge that fee back to the customer plus a handling fee for their trouble.

Digmypics Return Policy?
The Return Policy of DigMyPics.com is as follows:
- All original materials sent with the order will be returned along with the digitized materials, unless specified otherwise.
- Customers are provided with the opportunity to review their newly scanned photos online and delete the ones they do not want. Up to 20% of the cost of photo scanning can be deducted from the order for each deleted photo.
- Customers have 14 days from the day they receive the link to review their images online and pay for the project. If the process is not completed within 14 days, a reminder will be sent. If by the 21st day the order has not been reviewed and paid for, DigMyPics.com reserves the right to charge the credit card for the full amount of the service and return the original photos and the disc(s) of newly digitized photos and/or videos.
- Users can call for refunds if they aren’t satisfied with DigMyPics’ service within 21 days of scan delivery. If the company does not hear from the customer after the said time frame, it is assumed that they are satisfied with the output and the sale is final and non-refundable.
